I’m Jitin, a Doctoral Researcher at FAU’s Machine Learning and Data Analytics Lab in Erlangen since October 2023. I work in the Digital Biosignals Group headed by Dr. Heike Leutheuser . I’m actively involved in the SWODDYS project, a collaboration with Uniklinikum Regenburg and PreSens GmbH. The project is funded by Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft .
I was a double degree graduate student in Computational Engineering at FAU, Erlangen-Nurnberg and Computational Science at USI, Lugano. I have recently succesfully defended my master thesis (found here) supervised by Dr. Juraj Kardos , Prof. Dr. Olaf Schenk and Prof. Dr. Harald Köstler .

Oct, 2023 Conference proceeding titled “AI Driven Near Real-time Locational Marginal Pricing Method: A Feasibility and Robustness Study” published at IEEE ISGT 2023, Grenoble.
Sep, 2023 Graduated with Double Masters in Computational Engineering from FAU, Erlangen-Nurnberg and Computational Science from USI, Lugano.
Jun, 2023 Presented my poster titled “Evaluation of GPU Accelerated Machine Learning Algorithms for Energy Price Prediction” at PASC 2023, Davos.
Mar, 2023 Started new position at Computational Science Werkstudent at Siemens-Healthineers, Erlangen.
Feb, 2023 Succesfully defended my master thesis on the topic Feasibility and Robustness of Machine Learning algorithms for calculating Locational Marginal Pricing at USI, Lugano. The report is now available here.
Mar, 2022 Started new position as Research Assistant on the Deutsche Museum project at Machine Learning and Data Analytics Lab, FAU, Erlangen
